In honor of Veterans Day and the 239th birthday of the United States Marine Corps, Naples resident and firm client, Adam Sandoval and his dog, Scooter, began their one-year, 65,000-mile motorcycle trek across the United States to raise money for the families of fallen military men and women. The trip called, ScootinAmerica, began Monday, November 10 at the Six Bends Harley Davidson in Fort Myers.
Over the next 365 days, Sandoval and his Chihuahua plan to ride to and visit every Harley Davidson dealership in the lower 48 states. That’s 696 stops in 365 days. The duo is inviting people to join them along the route – think “Forrest Gump” when he decided to “run” and people gradually joined him. The trip will break three Guinness World Records in the process: longest motorcycle ride in one country, largest group ride and longest charity ride in history.
100% of the donations will be given to the American Legion Legacy Fund. The American Legion wants to ensure higher education is a possibility for children whose parent(s) have been killed while serving our country. It is a civic duty to provide them with equal opportunity for advancing their education.
Sandoval and his team have developed a website (ScootinAmerica.com) so people can donate to the cause, track daily stops each day, and join the ride. Sandoval, a Mixed Martial Arts fighter and entrepreneur, says he regrets not joining the military himself. Now, at the age of 36, he’s outside the age limit for the armed services. However, he’s enjoyed success in his professional life and says he can contribute by giving back to those families who have made the ultimate sacrifice.
Sandoval’s expenses, in part, are being financed by Harley Davidson; the Law Office of Kevin F. Jursinski & Associates and from independent contributions. Big Block Entertainment will be producing video clips of the trip and airing them on the ScootinAmerica.com website. Big Block Entertainment produces unscripted television and has worked on successful cable series including hits like American Idol, Junkyard Wars, Monster Garage, The Simple Life and the Animal Planet series Pit Bulls & Parolees.
You can track the adventures of ScootinAmerica live on Facebook via videos and pictures being posted daily. You can also meet up with Adam and Scooter and ride with them for a small donation of $5.

After attempting to handle my foreclosure case on my own for months, I found James McQuade. With a trial scheduled on Friday, I hired him on a Tuesday with about zero preparation time. My expectations were not high this late in the process. I was only hoping for the possibility of a postponed trial, and even that was slim less than a week out. Instead, the entire matter was resolved just two days later.- Vicki

This law firm is a super star. Aggressive but extremely professional. Excellent communicators. We were always part of the process and well informed. Their legal knowledge and experience provided us with total trust and confidence from the beginning. We could not have asked for a better legal team or successful outcome to our tenant dispute.- Phillip
