James W. McQuade focuses his area of practice on Estate Planning, Probate and Probate Litigation as well as litigation that includes Commercial Law, Foreclosure Defense and Landlord/Tenant Disputes.
James had experience representing lenders and financial institutions in a variety of matters, including disputes under TILA, RESPA, FCRA, ECOA and FDCPA, state law under UDAP claims, and a variety of common law claims. Additionally, he has represented clients in criminal matters and was a Special Assistant Public Defender for juveniles.
James graduated from the University of Denver College of Law in 2005. He then moved to Florida and earned his LL.M. (Master of Laws) in Estate Planning at the University of Miami in 2005. An LL.M. is the highest legal degree an attorney can achieve. James earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from the University of Colorado in 2001.
James is admitted to practice law in both Florida and Colorado.
