
Jason W. Holtz has practiced real estate law for the past ten years. After graduating from Pace University School of Law, Jason was admitted to the Florida Bar in 1999. In 2005, he also was admitted and became a member of the New York Bar.
Jason has had significant litigation experience. For approximately five years prior to joining the Law Office of Kevin F. Jursinski & Associates, Jason was the senior attorney for the Florida Division of Real Estate, overseeing all litigation pertaining to real estate brokerage, appraisal and licensing. He was the lead counsel in many trials within the Florida Division of Administrative Hearings. He represented the Division of Real Estate in complex civil matters in conjunction with the Attorney General's Office and the Florida Division of Land Sales.
For three years, he was the Assistant County Attorney for Westchester County in White Plains, New York, where he represented the county planning department in numerous civil, municipal and real estate matters. Additionally, Jason has been an Assistant Public Defender in the 9th Judicial Circuit and an Assistant State Attorney in the 18th Judicial Circuit in Florida.
Jason received his B.B.A. in 1996 from Pace University, Lubin School of Business. He has been a Florida licensed real estate instructor and real estate sales associate in business brokerage.
