Kevin is a graduate of Kent State University (B.A. Criminal Justice) and graduated in the top 15 percent of his class at Ohio Northern University Pettit College of Law (J.D. 1980). He is admitted to practice in all Florida state courts and the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida. He is a certified Circuit Court mediator as well as a state qualified arbitrator who handles only real estate and business related issues.
