Attorney Harwood is an experienced trial lawyer with litigation experience in the areas of real estate, mortgage lending, construction law, commercial litigation, architect/engineer liability and general commercial liability.

Directly prior to his employment with The Law Office of Kevin F. Jursinski & Associates, Attorney Harwood served as Chief Attorney for the Florida Division of Real Estate, the Florida agency that regulates real estate brokers and appraisers.

As the fourth member of the Jursinski Law Firm's Professional and Administrative, Attorney Harwood represents brokers and appraisers who have had complaints brought against them by the State of Florida.

Attorney Harwood is a graduate of University of South Florida and Drake University Law School in Des Moines, Iowa. Harwood has been a member of the Florida Bar since 1999.
